We highlight biodynamic and natural wines — a growing number of our guests value eco-conscious winemaking and authenticity of flavor. Formats for every occasion. For a light evening, we offer half-bottles (375 ml) — perfect for “just two glasses.” For celebrations and gatherings, we feature magnums (1.5 l), jeroboams (3 l), and other rare large formats. Wine by the glass. We champion the culture of tasting: guests can explore different styles and compare them without committing to a full bottle. An educational mission. Each month, we host wine dinners and masterclasses where sommeliers share winemakers’ stories, teach the art of pairing, and help develop a personal wine intuition.
